The YEAH Program is apart of TSF's workforce development initiatiative. This leadership program is dedicated to nurturing the potential of young individuals through an approach that combines education, mentorship, and skill-building activities. By participating in YEAH, young people will gain the confidence needed to excel in both academic and professional settings.
We offer a variety of engaging workshops, hands-on projects, and community service opportunities that encourage personal growth and civic engagement. Our supportive environment ensures that every participant feels valued and motivated to pursue their goals.
Meet Dr. Joycelyn Wormley, DSW
Dr. Joycelyn Wormley created YEAH! to raise up young leaders who will make a lasting impact on society. As a former cheerleader, she discovered the power of using her voice to uplift and lead others. That same passion led her to earn a Doctorate in Social Work, where she became a fierce advocate for children and families. YEAH! is the vision of a young person who mastered the art of resiliency, courage, and tenacity, blended with the insight of a trained professional.
