The Stephens Foundation’s Community Health, Advocate, Scientist, and Engineer (CHASEr) Certification is a dynamic workforce development program designed to connect community residents with meaningful employment that aligns with their skills, interests, and desire to make a positive impact.
The CHASEr program serves as The Stephens Foundation’s Human Resources tool, built on the philosophy that every worker should be granted an identity. Through this model, we create efficient and equitable work opportunities for individuals interested in personal and career development.
TSF offers a world of opportunities—from internship placements to community collaboration—designed to strengthen local talent and promote sustainable growth. All persons who serve alongside TSF to support positive community health are required to complete the CHASEr Certification process.
If you would like to learn more about how you can best serve your community through work, we invite you to complete our CHASEr Self-Certification Process.
