The Revitalize South Sacramento Summit brings together elected officials, community leaders, and local families to discuss real solutions and take action on neighborhood improvement. This annual gathering creates a powerful space for collaboration, community voice, and policy-focused conversations that drive meaningful change for South Sacramento.

MOTHER'S DAY - A CELEBRATION OF QUEENS
A heartfelt event honoring the mothers and mother-figures in our community. TSF hosts a joyful celebration with activities, gifts, and moments of connection designed to make every mom feel valued and seen. This event supports the mother's at the Senior Program at the Sam Pannel Community Center.

FATHER'S DAY - UPLIFTING OUR KINGS
An uplifting gathering dedicated to fathers and father-figures. This event highlights the importance of strong, positive male role models and gives families a chance to celebrate, bond, and enjoy meaningful activities together.

SUPER PARENT DAY - HONORING OUR SINGLE PARENT HOUSEHOLDS
A celebration of the incredible parents in our community. Super Parent Day offers workshops, activities, and recognition for caregivers who go above and beyond. Families enjoy hands-on learning, community resources, and well-deserved appreciation.

Our family-friendly Halloween celebration lights up the night with glow-in-the-dark fun, costumes, games, and safe trick-or-treating. Glow Spooktacular creates a festive and inclusive space for kids and families to celebrate the season together.

A warm and welcoming annual gathering where families come together to enjoy a full turkey dinner, celebrate gratitude, and strengthen connections across the South Sacramento community. This event brings joy, fellowship, and support to more than 100 local residents each year.

Part of our Revitalize South Sacramento initiative, RSS Hangouts provide fun, educational gatherings focused on community pride, clean neighborhoods, environmental awareness, and youth engagement. These hangouts help families learn, connect, and take action to improve their local environment and waterways.
