The YEAH! Service Squad is a hands-on leadership program that teaches future leaders how to support community events with spirit, teamwork, and responsibility. Students gain real-world experience by actively participating in service opportunities that strengthen both their character and their community.
Snack Bar Management – handling setup, organization, sales, and clean-up.
Customer Service – developing communication skills, problem-solving, and patience while serving community members.
Hospitality Training – greeting guests, supporting event flow, and creating a welcoming environment.
Teamwork & Responsibility – working with peers to complete tasks and learning accountability.
Event Support – assisting with logistics, promotion, and leadership roles during community gatherings.
